Meeting Announcement!
Hi Toons!
It's Wizard Bear here again! I'm here to tell everyone something important so listen closely! The cake is a lie! No I'm sorry, that wasn't what I had to say at all. Where did I even get that from? Anyways, I'm here to officially announce our first clan meeting, to add new positions, introduce titles and achievements to the clan and to start up our newsletter as well!
Okay, so first things first, We really want to get the clan up and running and activities flowing. However more so, I want to meet all of you in person! (well, in toon) I really need to see the people who I'm hiring for certain positions in the clan and see how well they work.
Anyway, our first official clan meeting will be on Tuesday, 26th of May, 2015. It will be held in Stencil Steppe in Toontown Central. However, if for whatever reason Stencil Steppe is unavailable or full, the meeting will be held in Baroque Bluffs instead. The time for the meeting will be at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST). To convert this time to your time zone, please click this link here. However, if for some reason or another you cannot attend the meeting, there will be another one on Saturday, 30th of May, 2015. The time for this meeting will be at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (EST). Everyone is invited! Both clan members and interested toons alike are invited to attend these two meetings.
YAY! I'm finally adding new positions to the clan! Congratulations! Felicitacions! Gefeliciteerd! However you want to say it. Without furthur ado, here they are:
Social Media Administrators- I try my best to get the word out and to show people our ideas but I can't do it alone! Unfortunately, I don't have the first clue about recording and what people really want to see now so, I will allow toons to help us advertise! I want Social Media Administrators for Twitter, Instagram (possibly), Youtube, Toonter, Toonbook and other forms of toony conversation.
Financial Officers- The toons that organize the bean fests of the clan! They are responisble for making sure that toons in the clan have jellybean unites at the ready and to make sure that they themselves are loaded with jellybean unites to use at bean fests.
Decorators- These are the artistic toons in the clan! Their main job is to paint, draw, sketch and genarally create art for the clan to be used on the website and all the other forms of social media. All of their artwork will be displayed on the gallery and as posts on the social media sites as well for everyone to see and appreciate! I am avidly looking for toons to design a logo for us! If you would like to undertake this venture, leave a message on the Support page or leave a comment on the Toontown Rebuilders thread on the TTR Forums here.
More positions will be added and altered as time goes on but here are the new ones. Also, unfortunately there is only one position left for the captain (co-leader) position so hurry! In an attempt to keep things efficient, some positions will not be permanent. Every 4-5 months there will be a Toontown Rebuilders election where new persons will get the chance to take certain positions or if the same person will keep their positions. However, if the majority of clan members would like to have an early election, it has to be for a legitamite reason such as leaders breaking the rules and regulations for example.
There are many titles and achievements that toons can take therefore, I will outline all of them in a later blog post or on the TTR Forums Clan page.
Anything that you've missed? Don't worry, we will keep you up-to-date with newsletters! This new feature will be added to the Register page on the website.
